Dr. Rashmee SharmA
Holding a PHD in English Literature, Sharma has served as an author, educator, journalist,
motivational speaker, and entrepreneur. Through her seminars, stories, poetry, and motivational speeches she inspires all people. Sharma’s works promote representation, and inclusion of all groups in the workforce. Her books carry stories of impactful people from around the world who have overcome adversity.
Among her current projects, are 101 biographies of inspirational women from across the globe. In her recent novel, Maya, Sharma discusses the journey of a young adult with autism.
Her continued efforts to highlight diversity show in her founding of Roshni Media and Firetalk 777. As founder of RAYWA, she uses her platform to spread awareness for autism, and create resources for young women with autism.
Kamboj stands for education of all children, and empowerment of all women. She uses creativity in her roles as a director, executive, and author to deliver her inspirational message.
In her founding of Firetalk 777, she creates a place for hopeful students to be inspired by visionaries and leaders. In this, well as her roles as president of NetIP NY, and a member of the Columbia University Social Work committee for the Syrian refugee project, she shows that communication sparks change.
As co-founder of Roshni Media Group, Firetalk 777, and RAYWA, she builds conversation on the topic of diversity. She enforces inclusion of women with autism in the workforce.
